Produced on the enchanting Tyrrhenian Coast of the Gods, Capo Vaticano, Calabria, "allora" Pecorello di Pecoraro captures the essence of this unique terroir, where the sea breeze and sun-drenched hills meet to create an extraordinary environment for winemaking. The grape undergoes a lengthy 4 months fermentation in amphoras, and 4 months aged in the bottle, resulting in a balance between fresh acidity and texture.
