From the wild hills of Pallagorio, the Arbëreshë Puheriu "kissed by the wind"  the rare Pecorello (ancient indigenous Calabrian grape variety) embodies purity, tradition, and identity.

The 2024 recipe was developed through meticulous adjustments across maceration, extraction, and ageing. The balance between skin contact, amphora ageing, and bottle rest has been carefully calibrated to enhance purity, texture, and aromatic precision. From the earliest stages of its evolution, the wine has shown remarkable structure and definition, confirming the strong potential of the 2024 'Black' label.

This 'Black' label is crafted with minimal intervention, spending 4 months on the skins in Georgian amphora (QVEVRI) followed by 5 months of ageing in amphora and 12 months resting in bottle, protected from light to preserve its depth and character.

The result is a harmonious balance of vibrant acidity,  gentle tannins, and layered texture.  A tribute to  Calabria's enduring spirit and the quiet strength of its  Nonnas.
